Building Others Guarantees Success

By Yeis Here of S.U.R.-B.E.T. Enterprises

My sponsor and all time network building inspiration provided the following quote to motivate his team: "Remember, you must make your downline as successful, if not more successful than you. This will guarantee you success today and years to come. . . ."

Each of us that is working towards building our own business, no matter what type of business, is dependent upon customers, the wisdom of others in the business, the support of family, friends, neighbors and community. For, contrary to the popular adage, "independently wealthy," there is no such thing as 'independent' wealth: all wealth is dependent upon a consensus of people; agreeing to the terms/definition of wealth, the medium or exchange mechanism that pronounces wealth [status symbols, etc.] and the support of/interaction with the wealth producing product, service or instrument [entertainment, sports, etc.]. In order for anyone to BE wealthy, many others have to play a part in the establishment of that wealth along with the maintenance of that wealth. The absolute truth is that "No Man/Woman is an island!"

There is a quiet economic revolt taking place globally. Much of it is being facilitated by the internet. I suspect the bulk of it is being facilitated by the internet and telecommunications! People from all walks of life have the opportunity now, that never existed before, to design, create and develop unique goods, services and products and get them to a global marketplace often without the need for a 'middleman' or go between -- except an ISP or internet connection! With a consistent amount of marketing and committed networking [team work] along with determined inter-business support, there is limitless opportunity for healthy economic growth for anyone willing to make a go of it.

Turning a 'Hobby into a Hustle' is a sure fire way to bring expertise to your enterprise, while building a 'purchase neutral' social network sales force is another avenue for generating personal wealth and income in this new age of work-at-home, webpreneurism and entrepreneur inter-dependence. The latter requires making usage of my sponsor's quote, ". . . make your downline as successful, if not more successful than you. . ."

Sharing successful recruitment strategies, marketing materials [flyers, etc.] and making yourself available for training, questions and general support is critical for establishing, building, nurturing and ensuring the success of a team. As many sports fans, gamers and others can attest, a winning team is a team that works in a synchronized, self-less manner to assure success FOR the team.

For those that are building businesses that are not completely 'team' based remember: creating jobs for your community, providing needed services or resources for people and/or other businesses and holding yourself to a standard of cooperation for the whole [versus co-optation!] is also team building -- its just team building on a higher social order!

We can all decide to be a part of a sound, balanced, healthy economic revolution that will sustain the lives and build prosperity for generations to come. And as we make that decision, we become part of the greatest team in the world. . . The team of "I make a positive difference."

I disagree with team members being referred to as "downlines"; howevr, I do agree leaders should promote their Team .

CONTRIBUTOR'S REPLY

Hi JazLive -- thnx 4 sharing your thoughts! While I actually refer to those that I recruit, work with or am recruited by as 'my people' and/or 'my co-workers' the term downline is heavily used in network marketing. No negativity intended. AND it is vital for bzznz success for leaders to promote, motivate and coach their 'people!'
