Being Self-Employed: CRM - A Must Have for WebPreneurs
Recently Microsoft announced it has upgraded it's CRM product, 'Dynanics CRM Online' with internet marketing features.(1) Although I am familiar with the term 'CRM' and its definition, "Customer Relationship Management" I hadn't given much thought to the major importance of CRM: outside of creating a mailing list subscription form and the subsquent design/layout of the informative newsletter that I'd planned to provide to 'signees.' However, after reading the article, I began thinking about CRM as a viable business tool that I had failed to invest much thought in as being needed by home based and small business WebPreneurs. Shortsighted on my part to say the least. . . A quick Winzy search landed me on the "SearchCRM.com" website which is brimming with information, definitions and resources for CRM in every budget range.
